Julianna walked into Aiden's room, peering over the top of his crib. He coos delightedly as he sees her face and she grins.

"Hey there sweetheart. Mommy didn't know you were awake." Julianna says, reaching down and gently scooping the three week old into her arms as she smiles at him. His little face lights up in a tiny lop-sided grin, his gums showing. She giggles. "You're a real charmer. Just like your Daddy, but shhh, don't tell him I said that." Julianna says as she giggles some more. "So, Aiden, are you hungry?" Julianna asks. She grins as she sits down in the rocking chair to feed him.

----

Julianna walks into the kitchen where George is making coffee for the two of them.

"Well, look who's up." George says, grinning. Julianna smiles.

"I just fed him." She says. George nods. Julianna places Aiden in a carrier, which she places on top of the table. She then turns to get her coffee and George is standing right there, as she almost smacks into him. He touches her elbow as she straightens up. Their faces are just inches apart and he can't help himself. He leans foreward, pressing his lips against hers. She lets him kiss her for a second or two before she pulls away, lowering her head. He immediately knows he shouldn't have done that, she's not ready.

"I.." She starts but he interrupts her.

"No..Jules, it's okay. I know." He says. She looks up at him and sees the understanding look in his eyes. He smiles softly and moves away from her, going towards Aiden. He leans over, kissing his son on the forehead. The little boy grins up at him and gurgles. Julianna stands there, before turning around and trying to forget the feel of his lips on hers.

3 weeks later, on a rainy day, George and Julianna had just messed around the house, cleaning a little and taking care of Aiden. Later that night they were putting him to bed around 9. Julianna stood up from her seat in the rocking chair and she walked to the crib. She carefully laid Aiden down into it as George walked up to her side. She tucked him in gently, making sure not to have any blankets around his face so he won't suffocate. She straightens up and moves slightly out of the way as George scoots over. He reaches down, brushing his hand against the baby's cheek, smiling.

"He's getting so big." George says, looking at his 6 week old son. She smiles, her body coming to rest against George's side as they look over the crib at their son.

"Mmm, yeah. He looks a lot like you." Julianna says. George chuckles.

"Poor kid." He jokes softly. "He has your eyes though." George says. She nods softly and reaches down, patting Aiden's stomach softly, securing his blanket some more before she straightens up. She backs away from the crib finally and stretches, yawning. George peers at her.

"Tired?" He asks. She nods slightly.

"A little." She replies, her arms falling to her side. He nods, gazing at her face.

"You're beautiful." He slips, looking away from her now, almost immediately regretting saying that as he waits for her reply. He didn't want to rush her. She moves closer to him silently and he sees her feet coming closer into his view. Seeing him standing there in front of her, displaying his emotions so openly, makes her want him. In more ways then one. He looks up, catching her eyes with his own. She continues shuffling closer to him until she is just a mere inch from his body.

Her breath is quickening, hitching her chest. He can feel her breath on his face, his eyes locked with hers. They wait, anticipating, yet afraid. She swallows and leans towards him, her lips brushing against his softly as her hand moves up, touching his face. As soon as he feels her precious lips on his, he encompasses her with his arms, pulling her close, having waited for this forever. She sighs and lets her body melt into his. Pressing herself against him, as far into him as she can, her mind completely blank except for here and now. Her hands are on his chest, his arms around her whole body. She sighs happily through the kiss, finally breaking it off as she tries to catch her breath. He leans his forehead against hers, watching her. Her face lights up in a slow, lazy grin and he chuckles softly. She smiles, pressing her lips against his once again softly. She pulls away once more.

"George.." She murmurs.

"Mm?" He murmurs in reply.

"Can we go to bed? To your bed?" She asks rather shyly. He chuckles softly, brushing his knuckles against her cheek gently, and she smiles.

"If you want to." He says. She nods slightly.

"Please." She whispers. He grins and begins moving, still holding her as he pushes her out of the room, her body still facing his as he leads her to his room. He closes the door behind them and moves towards the bed. He kisses her as he bends slightly, picking her up. She giggles as he lays her down on the bed. She smiles up at him, pulling him down towards her with her arms. He lays over her, propping himself up on his elbows, not wanting to squish her.

"Jules?" He asks. She looks up at him, giving him her attention.

"I promise this will be different." He says. A smile lights up over her face. He smiles, reaching up and tracing his index finger down her cheek. "Do you trust me?" He asks quietly. She smiles wider now.

"I do. I trust you." She says. He grins and she pulls him down for another kiss which he immediately gives her. She shifts underneath him, pulling him closer to her, wanting to feel him as close as she can. She tugs on the bottom of his shirt, anxious to feel his skin against hers. He moves slightly, letting her pull his shirt over his head. She reaches down to the bottom of her own shirt but his hand stills her.

"Wait." He whispers. She looks up at him, his face lit by the moonlight coming through the windows. "Let me." He says. He rolls off of her, but spoons himself against her side. He wants to feel as if he is opening a present. A long awaited gift. He lets his hand travel up her side as he gazes into her eyes. She stares straight into his eyes, no longer self-conscious or shy.

His warm hand slides up the side of her shirt, resting on her stomach, his fingers stroking her side. She sighs softly, the temptation of his hands making her restless. He reaches down, pulling her shirt up and over her head. Her head falls back down to the pillow. She looks up at him, wanting to see his reaction. She watches as his eyes travel over her body. His eyes come to rest on her scar from the c-section before he looks back up at her.

"I don't want to hurt you." He says quietly. She smiles softly.

"You won't." She says.

"If I do, will you tell me?" He asks. She nods her head.

"But you won't." She says. He smiles and he leans over, kissing her lips softly. She moves closer to him, longing for contact. He lets his hand travel over her back, coming to stop at the latch of her bra. His hand fiddle with it, purposely stalling, trying to make her impatient. She looks up at him, knowing full well what he's trying to do. She then reaches her own hand back, therefore causing her chest to stick out somewhat. He sighs softly at the sight of her as she pulls the bra loose and tosses it aside. He moans appreciatively. She smiles and puts her hands on his shoulder, trying to pull him over her.

"Touch me." She whispers quietly. He leans foreward, kissing her softly before he makes his way down her neck. He plants a wet kiss on her neck, then trails his tongue over her collar bone. She shivers slightly and runs her hand over his shoulder, more thrilled then she ever expected to be by his touch, glad to have finally made this decision.

Julianna finished burping Aiden after his feeding. It was 2 a.m. and George was still in bed. She took the towel away from her shoulder and began rocking Aiden, rubbing his back soothingly, trying to put him asleep.

"Yeah, baby, go to sleep." Julianna whispered, rocking gently. "Mommy loves you Aid." She paused. "I love your Daddy too. We're finally going to be a family. A true family." Julianna smiled to herself, thrilled with this discovery. "You're going to adore your Daddy. He's the best. He'll play ball with you and teach you everything. About girls too, but you have a while to go before you start thinking about girls." Julianna rubbed her cheek against Aiden's forehead, her hand rubbing rhythmically on his back in a circular pattern. She sighed softly and listened to the quiet even breathing of the baby. She knew she should get up and put him back in his crib, but she was quite content where she was, rocking herself and the baby. She sighed again and closed her eyes, continuously rocking.

----

Julianna didn't know how long she had been asleep in the rocking chair with Aiden, but the next thing she knew the baby was being taken away from her and she looked up to stare into George's eyes. He grinned softly before moving away and placing Aiden in his crib. He came back to her, crouching in front of the chair. She smiled sleepily at him. He reached up, touching her hair and pushing it away from her face.

"I wondered what you were doing in here for over an hour." He says, grinning.

"Mmm..I guess I rocked us both to sleep." She says, leaning forward before they both stand. He wraps his arms around her waist and presses his cheek to hers.

"Yeah. C'mon, let's go back to bed." He says and walks her out of the room, leading the way.

"Here's your pictures." Julianna's sister Alex said, handing Julianna a stack of pictures. Alex took pictures as a hobby and she had her own dark room for developing. "You really should look through them, there is some pretty adorable ones." Alex says. Julianna grins.

"I'll look at them now." She says and moves over to the couch. She begins to flip through them, grinning and giggling. "Oh God....Look at him." Julianna says. Alex sits beside her on the couch and laughs slightly at the picture.

"What in the world were you two doing?" Alex asks. Julianna giggles.

"We were playing with Aiden in the living room and I got the camera out. George was being stupid and posing with the baby. Aiden loved it." She said with a sigh at the picture of George on his back, waving Aiden over his head. Alex grins. Julianna flips through the pictures and stops at one of them. It's a picture of her sleeping in the rocker in the nursery with Aiden on her shoulder. "I didn't know he took this." Julianna says, smiling slightly at the picture.

"You are so in love with him." Alex says. Julianna looks up at her, wrinkling her nose slightly.

"Does it show?" She asks.

"Like a ruby among stones." She says. Julianna laughs softly and looks back at the picture in her hand.

"I do..I never wanted to love him...but it happens." Julianna says. Alex smiles.

"That's the way love tends to be. Ryan and I were friends for a long time in college. I was dating his best friend and then after we broke up, Ryan and I started to hang out more and it just happened. I wasn't expecting it, but...there it was. Y'know? Right there in my face and I didn't know what to do." Alex says, reminiscing. Julianna smiles.

"I don't know what to do either." She says. Alex smiles.

"Don't let him get away from you. And when it comes to your two boys, follow your heart." Alex says. Julianna smiles at her.

"Thank you." She says. Alex grins and they share a sisterly hug.

"No problem. Anytime you have George troubles or if you need mothering tips, you can come to me." Alex says. Julianna grins.

"I know." She says.

"Hey Mom!" Julianna and Alex turn their heads towards the hallway where a young boy was standing.

"Hey Ty!" Alex calls out.

"I'm going outside to play with Matt, is that okay?" Twelve-year-old Tyler asks. She grins.

"Sure, go ahead honey." She says. He grins.

"Hey Aunt Jules!" He says.

"Hi Ty." She replies. He smiles and runs out the door. The two sisters look at each other and laugh happily.
