George ran out of the elevator and ran up to the desk. He tapped his hand against the desk twice.

"Where is she?" He asked and took a deep gulp of air as the nurse asked who he wanted. "Julianna Margulies!" He replied quickly, as if he thought the woman should already know that.

"You can't go in there, unless.." He cut her off.

"I'm the father!" He said.

"Oh, alright." She smiled. "It's this way." She said and began to walk briskly down the hall. He followed beside her until they came upon Delivery Room 4. "Right in there." He burst through the doors and saw Julianna in the middle of a push. She didn't notice he had come in because her eyes were closed and she was concentrated so hard on getting the baby out.

"Ueghh.." She groaned.

"Alright, Julianna, you can take a breath." Dr. Laudendecker said from between Julianna's legs. Julianna eased back onto the bed and opened her eyes to find herself staring up into George's chocolate brown eyes. A slow, exhausted smile spread across her face.

"You're here." She said quietly. He sighed and bent down, kissing her forehead.

"I wouldn't miss it for anything." He murmured and she smiled but her eyes widened and she looked at Dr. Laudendecker.

"I need to push!" She said and moved upward so she could push better.

"Alright, push!" The doctor replied. A nurse began counting. George looked over Julianna's legs and his eyes widened at what he saw. The top of the head. And it was black.

"She has so much hair!" The doctor said.

"Wow." George said softly. Then he watched as a nurse came over and brought a mirror up, tilting it to just the right angle, so Julianna could also see the baby's head. She gasped.

"Her hair!" She exclaimed and let out a soft laugh.

"Okay, Julianna, push." The doctor ordered. Julianna got up onto her elbows. George took one of her hands into his own and looked over her legs as she pushed silently. George watched in awe as the head slid right out and the doctor's began to suction. George could only see the back of the baby's head because she was faced down. Julianna continued pushing, no longer able to take a break with the baby halfway out. Julianna let out a groan and the doctor pulled the shoulder's out. Then the baby slid easily the rest of the way out. The doctor immediately placed the baby on Julianna's stomach.

"It is a girl." Dr. Laudendecker announced with a smile. Julianna laughed as she looked down at her little wrinkly, red daughter. Then the baby began to cry, long, loud wails. Julianna laughed again and swiped at the tear that fell from her own eye. The nurse began to wipe the baby off as George stared at her in awe. Julianna looked up at him and their eyes met. A silent message passed between them. This is what it's like to love her, Julianna's seemed to say without making a sound. He grinned, bent down, and placed a kiss right on Julianna's lips.

"Good job." He murmured. She laughed a bit once more and looked down at her daughter.

"Do you want to cut the cord?" A nurse asked. George looked at her eagerly and nodded.

"Yeah." He replied. She showed him where to cut the cord.

"You might have to saw at it a bit, it's tough." He did as she said until the cord was completely cut. Then he looked back at his daughter.

"I have to take her for a minute. I'll bring her right back." The nurse said and picked up the little girl. George watched as she took the baby to the weight machine, keeping an eye on his baby girl. She wasn't crying anymore, just whimpering a bit. Then the nurse picked the baby back up, wrapped her up into a white blanket, slid a cap on her head, and brought her back to George.

"7 pounds, 8 ounces and 19 inches long." The nurse said. George smiled and took the squirming infant into his arms and looked down at her as he turned toward Julianna. Julianna watched him quietly, not interrupting this moment he needed with their child. Then the baby opened her eyes and George gasped.

"Her eyes!" George laughed then. "She has my eyes." He bent down over Julianna, showing her the dark brown of the baby's eyes. The baby looked at them, her eyes moving between the two of them, like she was studying the way her parents looked so she would never forget. Then she yawned and closed her eyes, one arm coming outside the blanket. George let her wrap her tiny hand around his finger and he watched her with fascination.

"She's beautiful." He murmured, feeling the emotions inside of him churning. Emotions that were so unexpected, so wonderful that it surprised him. He couldn't believe he could love someone so much after just seeing them for a few minutes. Julianna watched him discover the love that she had experienced when she felt her daughter move inside of her. She kept quiet, not wanting to disturb him as he connected with his daughter.

Finally George looked up and met Julianna's gaze with his own.

"What's her name?" He asked quietly. Julianna smiled.

"Taylor Jordan." She replied. He smiled.

"I like that." He murmured and looked down at Taylor.

"I wanna use your last name." Julianna said. George lifted his head and met her gaze.

"No, Jules, not after how I acted." He argued quietly. She nodded.

"Yes. You're her father, George. I'm not her only parent." She smiled. "Not anymore." He let out a short breath of relief and grinned widely.

"Okay." He glanced down at his daughter who was gazing around the room, seeing the outside world for the first time. Then George looked back at Julianna.

"Your turn." He said.

"What?" She asked.

"To hold her." Julianna grinned and her eyes lit up. She held out her arms and George bent over her, gently transferring Taylor from his arms to Julianna's. Julianna grinned with delight as those chocolate eyes watched her sleepily.

"You're amazing, Taylor." Julianna nuzzled the baby against her cheek and smiled. Julianna touched Taylor's hand and brought it to her lips. Julianna kissed the baby's fist gently before gently rubbing her fingers through the dark hair on the baby's head. George leaned over them, watching his daughter in wonder. He couldn't believe he could have made something this beautiful.

"I need to take her now." A nurse said. Both Julianna and George looked up at her.

"Why?" George asked.

"We have to take her to the nursery for about an hour. Then she can come back and stay with you for the rest of the time you're here. Are you going to breast-feed her?" The nurse asked. Julianna nodded.

"Yes." She replied as she handed the baby to the nurse.

"Alright. When we bring her back to your room, someone will show you how to nurse her." Julianna nodded and watched as the nurse took her daughter away. Then she looked back at George as she sunk back into the pillows. She smiled sleepily up at him. He grinned but before he could speak, more nurses came to whisk Julianna off to her own room and do all the necessary after-birth activities.

"I'll call everyone at work. Do you want me to call your parents or sisters or something?" George asked. Julianna smiled.

"Alexandra is in the waiting room with my mom." Julianna said. He grinned.

"Alright. I'll go let them know, okay?" He asked. She nodded.

"Thank you." He smiled.

"No problem." He bent down and tenderly kissed her forehead. "I'll be back. Get some rest." Then he walked out. Julianna watched him go, wondering why he was treating her the way he was. It's just because of Taylor, Julianna told herself.

George walked into the waiting room and immediately spotted Julianna's sister and mother. They jumped up from the couch and he walked toward them, a huge grin on his face, ready to show off his daughter, even if they couldn't see her yet.

"Was it a girl?"

"Is Julianna okay?" George grinned.

"It's a girl, Taylor Jordan. Julianna and the baby are doing just fine." He grinned. "The baby has a head full of thick black hair and her eyes match mine. All ten fingers and all ten toes." He said. Francesca saw the pride and the love on his face and she laughed before hugging him, immediately forgetting everything that had happened, or had not happened, between him and her daughter during Julianna's pregnancy.

"Congratulations." She said. He chuckled.

"I don't know when you can see her. A nurse took her to the nursery. If you want to wait for me, I'm going to call the set and tell them the news. Then we can go walk down to the nursery." He suggested. Francesca and Alex nodded.

"Sounds good." Alex said. He nodded.

"Alright. Hold on." He said. He walked away from them a few feet and took his cell phone out of his jacket pocket. He quickly dialed the number to the set and put the phone to his ear.

"Hello?" Laura asked into the phone.

"Hey Laura."

"George! What happened? Is everything okay? Was it a girl? What does she look like?" George could hear Laura's questions and the questions of everyone in the background. He chuckled.

"I got here just in time for Taylor Jordan Clooney to be born. She weighs 7 pounds and 8 ounces and is 19 inches long. Everything is fine. Julianna's great. She's tired but she's doing good. Taylor has Julianna's thick dark hair and my brown eyes."

"Aww.." He could hear the chorus of people in the background and realized Laura had put him on speaker phone. He chuckled.

"She's beautiful. She's got a good set of lungs." He said and couldn't quite wipe the joy off his face.

"Well, congratulations George." Laura said. He smiled.

"Thanks. I have to go now. Francesca and Alexandra want to go see the baby."

"Tell Julianna I'll come visit her." Noah said.

"Me too!" George heard several people exclaim. He laughed.

"Okay. I'll call later. Bye." He clicked the phone up and turned to face the women. "Alright. Let's go." He said. They grinned and followed him toward the nursery, hoping to get a sneak peek at the newest member of their family through the glass window.

!@#$%^&*()_+

An hour later, George stood in Julianna's room, watching her sleep. He gazed out the window, his hands tucked into the pocket of his slacks. Then he turned and looked back at Julianna, studying the thick curls spiraling around her face. He turned and walked toward her a few feet, his shoes shuffling silently across the linoleum floor so he wouldn't wake her. His eyes roamed hungrily over her perfect lips with that shallow dip in her lower lip. Her long, dark eyelashes rested softly against her cheeks. Her chest rose gently with each breath as his eyes traveled down her body. His eyes stopped on the small mound of her stomach, which hadn't gone completely down yet. Then he studied the fingers of her hand, which were resting on her now empty stomach. Her nails were cut short and were unpainted and yet he found her hands more attractive then any of the women's hands that had those long, glossy nails painted in various colors.

George quickly turned his head toward the door when he heard a noise. Then his face lit up in a wide smile as he saw a nurse pushing a small nursery bed into the room. He walked quickly to it and looked down at the sleeping bundle inside. He grinned at the nurse and she smiled back at him, blushing a bit with his look. But he didn't notice because he was looking back at Taylor, his beautiful daughter.

"Thank you." George said to the nurse and bent over the baby, gently picking her up into his arms. She didn't wake but she let out a sweet-sounding sigh as the nurse left the room, leaving George in privacy. George walked toward the window, staring down at the perfect child in his arms.

She was so tiny. Her entire face matched Julianna's down to each feature. Those perfect lips with that tiny dent in the bottom lip, the small perfect nose, the rosy cheeks. Even her ears matched Julianna's, George thought. George reached up with his free hand and trailed his finger down the baby's cheek. Her tiny mouth made a little sucking motion and his smile widened. Then George reached up and gently slipped the yellow hat from the baby's head and grinned at the thick black hair that spilled out. He trailed his fingers through it in awe, wondering how one little newborn could have so much hair.

Julianna watched from the other side of the room, having woken when the woman brought the baby in. But George was so caught up in his daughter that he hadn't noticed she was awake. She watched him silently, a smile on her face as he continued touching his daughter with amazement. Julianna could already see that he worshipped the tiny child.

Julianna wondered how he could be so simply amazed with Taylor such as he was, when throughout her entire pregnancy he had managed to keep his distance from them. Maybe because it didn't seem as real to him when she wasn't here, Julianna thought.

George finally turned his head and looked at Julianna. She smiled.

"Hey." She murmured, her voice slightly husky. He grinned.

"Hi." He replied and made his way to the bed.

"I see you've been hogging her some more." Julianna said. He laughed and bent over her, gently lying Taylor in Julianna's welcoming arms. Julianna grinned widely at the sight of her child's angelic face.

Julianna couldn't resist the urge to kiss her daughter, so she bent down and placed a gentle kiss against her daughter's cheek. The baby shifted and opened her eyes, blinking against the light. Julianna smiled at those dark brown eyes that peered up at her. George sat on the bed beside Julianna and watched the two of them with a love so strong that it hurt his heart. He really needed to talk to Julianna.

Suddenly the baby, having felt Julianna's breasts, began to cry. Julianna looked quickly at George, a slight flash of panic on her face. George grinned.

"I think she's hungry." He said. Julianna looked down at the baby and shifted.

"I.." She trailed off.

"Here." George said. He pressed a button on the side of the bed and waited patiently until a nurse came into the room.

"What's the matter?" The nurse from before asked and came up to the bed.

"I think she's hungry." George said. The nurse smiled at the look on Julianna's face.

"Alright." The nurse helped Julianna adjust her shirt to accommodate the baby. "Okay. Make sure to keep her head above her belly, so everything can go down easily." Julianna nodded and held the baby appropriately as she whimpered. Then the baby latched on, naturally, and Julianna gasped.

"Oh, woah." She said. The nurse chuckled and George watched with awe from his perch beside Julianna.

"Make sure her mouth is around the whole areola. There ya go. See, she knows what to do."

"Is that her swallowing?" Julianna asked, glancing up at the nurse. She nodded.

"Yeah."

"I hear it." George announced and grinned. Julianna glanced over at him before looking back at her baby.

"Okay, what you need to do is just feed her for maybe..two or three minutes. Not a very long time because you need to start out slow. Your breasts will probably ache for maybe a week, but you'll get used to it." The nurse straightened. "All set?" She asked. George grinned up at her.

"Thanks." She nodded and turned, and left the room once more. George leaned closer to Julianna and stroked a finger over the baby's moving cheek. "You alright?" George asked her. Julianna nodded and looked down at the baby.

"Yeah. It's just a little weird." She said and thought of making love to George. Of how his own mouth had traveled across her breast. Julianna wondered if he was thinking the same thing and she looked up and met his gaze. She saw the awareness in his eyes and felt heat creeping to her cheeks and she looked away, glancing down at her baby.

"We need to talk." George said. Julianna nodded.

"Yeah." She replied.

"It can wait. Let's just take care of our baby now." He said. Julianna nodded and let it pass, even though she desperately wanted to talk about things.

Later that afternoon, after Julianna had gotten a shower and eaten her lunch, she lay back in her bed, gazing at Taylor, who was sleeping in her little crib table beside Julianna's bed. George walked into the room and Julianna turned to look at him. He smiled.

"Hey." He murmured.

"Did you have a nice lunch?" She asked. He grinned.

"As nice as a hospital lunch can be." He said.

"Why didn't you go somewhere else?" She asked. He shrugged.

"Didn't want to leave." He replied. She nodded and watched as he looked down at Taylor. George itched to pick his daughter up out of her bed and cradle her against his chest, but he knew that he and Julianna needed to talk. It was long past time. George looked up at Julianna and met her gaze. He walked to the bed and eased himself into sitting position, near her feet.

"So." He murmured and cleared his throat. Julianna watched him, not giving him any room to get out of this. He glanced quickly at Taylor, hoping she would cry so he could delay his time. Finally, he gave up and sighed.

"I know I acted like a asshole. I deserve to be treated like one." He paused. "When we walked in on..Celine and...When we walked in on it I was angry. I was angry but I was also upset. Then later in the spare room," George paused, thinking of all the nights after when he had lain in bed and thought about that afternoon. "I needed to forget and I...reached out to you." George couldn't watch her face anymore, so he glanced down at his hands. "I probably shouldn't have but I can't regret it. Not now because of Taylor." He paused again. "Then I pretended like nothing had happened between us, partly because I felt like I had used you and partly because I was scared of what you would think of me now." He sighed.

"Then you came to my house and told me you were pregnant, and I reacted badly. I never wanted children. I thought I'd be a horrible father. It might still turn out that way. But God, I love her. It's amazing, isn't it?" He finally looked up and met Julianna's gaze. She nodded but didn't say a word. So he barreled on.

"For the first few weeks after you told me I was upset about it. I didn't want to be a father. So that's why I acted like a bastard toward you." He dropped his head into his hands. "If only I could go back and change things." He muttered. Julianna had to strain to catch that. He raised his voice back to normal. "Then you began to grow, subtly at first, barely noticeable through your clothes and it began to be real to me. That day when you first felt the baby move, I wanted to cart you away and make you stand still until I could feel it myself. But I'd already made such an ass of myself that I didn't know how to change things. And you continued to grow. Everyday I yearned more and more to just to take you away and apologize over and over. I even tried to talk to you that day in the hallway, but Anthony interrupted and I..I don't know. I gave up, I guess." George smiled slightly.

"I wanted to take you away so bad, but I knew I couldn't. So every time you would get a new picture from the doctor's office and put it in your locker, I would sneak in later and look at the pictures." He glanced up and was met with a soft smile on Julianna's lips. "And when we were filming the birth on ER, I so badly wanted to be here for you when it all happened for real. I told myself I couldn't though, that I should stay out of it because I had treated you so badly. Then this morning I go in and they tell me that you were in labor. I couldn't stop myself from coming. I didn't even think. I just panicked and thought 'She can't have this baby alone.' So I came." He met her gaze directly. "I'm glad I came. I wouldn't have wanted to miss her for the world. I'm so sorry that I acted the way I did. I just hope that somehow, some day you can forgive me for hurting you, hurting her, the day I did. I never meant to let it get so out of hand."

The baby began to fuss and both Julianna and George immediately looked at her. They watched her for a few moments before she let out one loud wail. George grinned and stood, walking to her tiny bed. He lifted her up and she immediately quieted down. He sat back on the edge of the bed and looked down at her as she quickly fell back to sleep.

"She just wanted to be held." George said. Julianna smiled.

"She just wanted her Daddy." George looked up at her and she grinned at him. He smiled slightly and looked back down at Taylor. "I forgive you, George. I don't hold it against you." She said. He looked up at her.

"I don't deserve that. Don't deserve for you to forgive me so easily, so quickly."

"You didn't get me pregnant on purpose. I knew you never wanted children. We both should have been more careful that day. But emotions got the better of us." She paused. "And I can see that you regret your decisions after I got pregnant. You apologized and I forgive you." She said. He sighed and rubbed his free hand over his forehead.

"I, uh, wanna ask you something." He said.

"Alright." She murmured.

"What are we going to do about..Taylor?" He asked. She sighed deeply and felt the heavy weight of decision on her shoulders.

"I guess...we'll have to work something out." Julianna said.

"But you need to be with her at all times, Julianna. You're breast-feeding her and I can't bring her back to you every 3 hours." George said. Julianna swallowed and looked at him.

"What do you want to do?" She asked. He sighed.

"Why don't we see if we can work something out together." He suggested slowly.

"What do you mean?" She asked. He shrugged slightly and looked down at Taylor.

"You can't be away from her for long periods of time and I don't want to be away from her for long periods of time." He paused. "Maybe we could live together or something." He said. Julianna's heart rolled slowly in her chest.

"Really?" She asked quietly, amazed. He met her gaze.

"If you want to try it." He said. She smiled hesitantly.

"I do." She said. He grinned then.

"Me too." He said. She laughed a little and took a deep breath.

"We just sort of took a big step there." She said. He nodded and let out a breath of relief.

"Yeah. We did." They met each other's gaze and grinned.

!@#$%^&*()_+

"Aww, she's beautiful!" Alex exclaimed as soon as Julianna and George brought the baby onto the set. Julianna had just gotten out of the hospital an hour ago and they decided to make a stop on the set before they headed home. Julianna smiled down at Taylor, who was resting quietly in her arms. "Let me hold her!"

"Here ya go." Julianna said and gently shifted the baby into Alex's arms. Alex grinned.

"All that hair." She said, touching the baby's dark hair softly. "I want one!" She exclaimed. Julianna laughed slightly.

"I'll call you at two o'clock in the morning then." Alex laughed.

"Is that the baby?" Anthony asked, having heard Alex's exclamations. Alex turned and showed the baby to him.

"Look at her!" Anthony exclaimed and took her from Alex.

"Hey! I get her back." Alex warned. Tony grinned.

"In a minute." He said. Noah and Laura rounded the corner.

"Let me see that her." Noah said. Anthony turned and the four of them all coo-ed over the baby. Julianna and George stood back, smiling. Julianna glanced up at George and he chuckled.

"We did good, apparently." He said. Julianna laughed slightly. He reached up and wrapped an arm around her neck. She leaned into him slightly as they watched as more people gathered around.

"I'd say we did." Julianna murmured.

!@#$%^&*()_+

"Hey baby." Julianna smiled and bent over Taylor's crib in the darkness. The baby watched her with wide chocolate eyes. "Hungry?" Julianna cradled the baby against her chest and settled into the rocking chair with a new found ease. She shifted her nightgown around until the baby could eat. Taylor latched on energetically and Julianna smiled, rubbing her finger across the baby's soft cheek. Julianna leaned her head against the back of the chair and watched the baby suckle on her breast.

Slowly Julianna drifted off to sleep. The baby had soon satisfied her hunger so she pulled her tiny mouth away and let out a soft sigh. She fought to keep her eyes open but they slowly drifted shut. She too was soon asleep like her mother.

A few minutes later George crept to the doorway and looked in, wondering what was taking so long. He hadn't heard Taylor or Julianna through the monitor so he had come to see what they were doing. He smiled widely as he saw the two of them. His two-week-old daughter was sleeping in her mother's arms. George stood, watching them for a few minutes before deciding to put them both back in bed. Quietly he walked across the room and gently took the baby from Julianna. Neither mother nor daughter woke up. He gently placed Taylor back into her crib and covered her with her soft blanket. Then he turned and looked back at Julianna. He watched her for a few moments, wishing he could tell her how he felt. He sighed into the night and quietly bent over her. He picked her up easily and cradled her against his chest. She sighed and snuggled her head into his shoulder.

He walked slowly to her room, gazing down at her the whole time, amazed by her beauty. Too soon for him, they were at her bedside. He gently lay her on the bed but she shifted and her eyes fluttered open.

"George?" She asked quietly. He smiled.

"Hey. You fell asleep with Taylor." He said. She nodded slowly and he reached down to pull the covers up.

"Stay." Julianna murmured.

"Hmm?" George asked, stopping and looking up at her.

"Stay." She repeated and watched him with sleepy eyes.

"In here?" He asked. She nodded.

"Please." She said. He nodded.

"Okay." He said. She waited and watched as he walked to the other side of the bed and crawled in beside her. She shifted closer to him and closed her eyes, letting out a soft sigh. She reached out her left arm and curled it against him, making sure he was staying. He scooted slightly closer and watched as she drifted slowly off to sleep. He thought about getting up and going back to his own bed, but she had asked him to stay and he was going to. He smiled and let himself drift off.

"George?"

"Hmm?" He asked, looking up from his breakfast.

"I have to take Taylor to the doctor on Wednesday. We're going for our six-week check-up." Julianna said. He nodded.

"Do you need me to come?" He asked. She shook her head.

"No, it's just procedure. Nothing should be wrong." He nodded.

"Alright." He replied. She smiled.

"Okay."

!@#$%^&*()_+

"Everything okay?" George asked Julianna as she walked into the house, carrying Taylor and her baby bag. He immediately got up to help her.

"Yeah, everything's fine. For both of us." She said. He nodded.

"That's good." He said and bent over his daughter. He smiled at her as he took her out of her carrier. "Everybody's healthy." He said to her and kissed her nose. She smiled and drooled a little. He chuckled and wiped it away with his finger. Julianna laughed and slid the bag off her shoulder.

"She's such a Daddy's girl." Julianna said. He chuckled.

"That's okay. Tell Mommy that's just fine." He said. Taylor let out a squeal. Julianna laughed in surprise. George grinned. "She told you, didn't she?" The two of them laughed slightly.

!@#$%^&*()_+

Later that afternoon, George came downstairs from putting Taylor to bed.

"She down?" Julianna asked. He nodded.

"For the count." He said.

"Wonder how long that'll last." She wondered aloud. He chuckled.

"Who knows." He said and sat beside her on the couch. She grinned and placed her magazine onto the stand beside the couch.

"So." She said.

"So." He replied and grinned at her. She leaned her head back against the couch and curled her legs under her. "Wanna watch a movie?" He asked. She shrugged.

"Do you want to?" She asked. He smiled.

"Not really." He said. She grinned.

"Me neither." She replied. They laughed softly.

"Well, what do you want to do?" He asked. She shrugged slightly.

"I don't know." She murmured. He couldn't stop himself and he reached out and touched her cheek gently. She watched him tenderly, wondering if this would go anywhere. Could go anywhere.

"I do." He whispered and leaned toward her. She turned her face towards his eagerly, wanting his lips on hers more than she'd wanted anything in her life. His fingers spread across her face and his lips met hers, sending sparks through them as it had the first time. She moaned slightly and scooted up to him, her fingers curling around his shirt. He wrapped his other arm around her and pulled her to his chest. Her other hand crept around his neck and pulled him closer.

"Jules." He murmured against her lips. She shivered.

"I want you." She said.

"Is it alright?" He asked.

"The doctor cleared it." She paused. "I need you." She murmured and sighed as his lips trailed down her jaw.

"God, Jules, I really want you." He said.

"Have me, George." She said. He groaned when her lips connected with his neck. "Please, George, please."

"Wait, wait." He said and pulled her away, holding her head in her hands so she couldn't let those wonderful soft lips roam.

"George.." She said.

"This is going to be different from last time." He said.

"Yes." She replied in a throaty voice. He shook his head.

"Hold on." He said and tried to clear his mind. "I want to tell you something first."

"What?" She asked, focusing her mind on him.

"I love you." He said. She stopped, frozen to the spot.

"What?" She finally managed to get the words out of her throat.

"I love you, God, I love you. I don't want to scare you but..I'm scared. But I've never loved anyone the way I love you. I love Taylor but that's a different kind of love." George dragged her to him and kissed her. "You're so beautiful." His lips traveled over her cheek.

"Tell me you love me too, please." He said.

"I love you." She murmured, so emotional that she thought she might bust. "I've always loved you. Since before Taylor was even in existence."

"Really?" He asked, drawing her away once more. She met his gaze.

"Yes." She replied.

"Thank God." He said and brought her mouth back to his.

"Upstairs, George." She managed to get out as he hands began to roam her body.

"Yes. Upstairs." He said. She laughed slightly as they got off the couch and stumbled their way up the stairs, to finally become complete.
